US Privacy Requests

If you reside in the United States, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses. Use the instructions below to exercise your rights.

Note: Rights and availability depend on your state of residence and applicable law.

How to submit a request

Access or download my data (Right to Know)

You can request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, including account details and order history. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.

Response time: We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We may extend this by an additional 45 days where permitted by law (we will notify you if an extension is needed).

Correct my information

If you believe the personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate, email us with the correction you would like made. You can also update most account details yourself by signing in to your account.

Delete my data

You can request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, where retention is required for tax, security, or legal obligations).

Do Not Sell or Share

You can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (or “targeted advertising”) in two ways:

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If you visit our website with the GPC opt-out preference signal enabled in your browser, we treat this as a request to opt out for that browser and device automatically.
• Email: Send a request to info@furvorpet.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Info.”

This opt-out does not require you to create an account.

Authorized agents

You can authorize an agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do so, we may require signed permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us to confirm the agent’s authority.

Right to appeal

If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision (depending on your state). To submit an appeal, please email us with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
