You can authorize an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. Your agent must provide signed authorization from you, and we will verify your identity directly. Shipping & Returns

All Orders

Economy Shipping for any purchase below $50 is a flat rate of $6.50. Furvor offers valued customers with free Economy Shipping for any purchase above $50.  In order to qualify, you must live in the continental US.*

We currently offer the following shipping options for the US (including PO Boxes):

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 Business Days

Orders need to be placed before 10 a.m. PST to ship out the same day Monday thru Friday.

Orders placed after this time will ship next business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Expedited shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska and PO Boxes.

We do not ship on holidays.

Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

We created Furvor to be healthy and delicious. But we also know that each dog has unique needs. Our goal is to make sure every dog and human who uses Furvor has a great experience. If you and your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make things right!
